Enrique I. Urbina Bado focuses his practice on the areas of Immigration Law, Corporate Law and Foreign Investment and Contract Law. Mr. Bado’s Immigration Law concentration is on the authorization of foreign nationals to work, study, and invest in Mexico, giving them technical advice while sustaining business consultations. Changing the immigration status of individuals, helping with work permits and changing of nationality, address, marital status and occupation are also included in his work. He facilitates their authorization for permanent residency in Mexico, authorizations to obtain Mexican nationality and consults on the importing and exporting of household goods and automobiles.
