Bob Ramirez

Bob Ramirez devotes his practice to transactions, real estate, construction and public entity governance. He has represented, as general counsel, school districts and other public entities in matters of management and governance, including, personnel, real estate, construction, procurement, student instruction and discipline, religion, Title IX, and open government laws.

Mr. Ramirez focuses his real estate and construction practice to transacting the purchase, sale, exchange and lease of property, and the procurement of project managers, design professionals and contractors.
