Elaine Edwards is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section. She has practiced school law since 2006. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law, and she has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law since 2013.
Ms. Edwards has represented numerous public entities in litigation involving civil rights, labor and employment, as well as appeals. Before joining the firm, she was a shareholder at Deats, Durst & Owen, PLLC, where she represented public school employees in grievances, nonrenewals, terminations, certification matters, and public and private sector employees in state and federal employment law matters.
